Suzanne Kelly leads the group in gentle stretches and dance moves. The music is jazz, Rhythm & Blues and soul-stirring. This is a joyful class and you will feel much better for having done it.

The Way of Mastery

The basics of meditation will be taught with a variety of techniques presented. Guidance on integrating meditation into daily life will be provided. Each class will include a guided or silent group meditation.
Bob has had a serious meditation practice for over thirty years and has trained with many teachers.
Meditation with focus and intention. We gather in circle for sharing and meditation monthly on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 10:00am. Come at 9:30 if you enjoy movement and stretching before the meditation.

Connect to Soul with Robert Coyne
This class meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm. Each class covers a specific topic, but all will relate to strengthening our connection with our higher self.
Themes include spirituality, personal growth, and cultural explorations
2nd Friday of each month at 7pm
Energy in Motion
Heart-opening Sunday morning music and movement to activate your energy flow. We start with an energy medicine routine and then spontaneous energy movement. No dance experienced required.
Most Sundays at 10:00 am. Check the schedule.
Jessica Porter, FNP will moderate this circle. An exploration of various alternative and complementary healing methods. Sample topics include acupuncture, Reiki, nutrition, EFT and more. For those on a healing journey.
1st Sunday of each month at 11:00 am
Mindful Eating Group
A peer support group for journey to a healthy weight. Includes recipe modification, road trips, group exercise (walks, hikes, videos, biking), creation of buddy systems for accountability.
Meets on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 5:30 pm
Glad Helpers Group
The Glad Helpers group began in 1931 as the meditation and healing prayer arm at the Edgar Cayce Center. The purpose is to send healing to people who request healing prayers.
Building group intention through meditation techniques, applying Cayce's holistic principles, and being of service are integral aspects of this dynamic group that meets each Monday from 4pm to 6pm
Rosie Deer Heart will facilitate.

Healing Arts class

This is a culmination and synthesis of arts and practices designed to achieve wellness and balance.
